Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.

Transit time and cost

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days after processing.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated within 3 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will chase it.

Undeliverable and refused packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the order minus original shipping once it arrives back. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Lost or damaged in transit

Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will make it right.

International

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and want to order, email us at livingsynergy@proton.me and we will let you know when international shipping opens.
